Pride Loops is a small, independently operated e-commerce brand focused on colourful crochet-style bags inspired by pride, self-expression, and everyday fashion.
We are not a large manufacturing company. We are a small team focused on product development, design direction, supplier communication, customer support, and marketing.
How Our Products Are Developed
Every Pride Loops product begins with an idea from our team. We focus on colourful designs, pride-inspired styles, and products that feel meaningful, cute, and practical.
Concept and Design — We develop product ideas, colour combinations, visual direction, product images, and brand presentation. We refine each product concept before offering it to customers.
Supplier Communication — Once a design direction is ready, we work with trusted production and fulfillment partners who help produce and ship our products. We communicate product requirements, review samples, request changes, and make adjustments when needed.
Sample Testing and Approval — Before listing a product for sale, we review product samples and compare them against our expectations. If a product does not meet our standards, we work on revisions before making it available.
Manufacturing — Our products are produced by third-party production partners. We do not personally operate a manufacturing facility. The physical production is carried out by our production partners.
Fulfillment and Shipping — Once an order is placed, fulfillment and shipping are handled through our production and fulfillment partners, who deliver directly to customers.
Pride Loops’ role is product concept, design direction, supplier communication, sample review, brand presentation, marketing, and customer support.
How Our Marketing Content Is Produced
We want to be fully transparent about how our marketing content is created so customers are not left with a false or inaccurate impression.
AI-generated and AI-assisted content — Some of the content used in our TikTok, Instagram, website, advertisements, product scenes, lifestyle visuals, and promotional videos may be created or assisted using artificial intelligence tools.
This may include lifestyle images, background visuals, product display scenes, storytelling clips, model-style content, or creative marketing visuals.
AI-generated content is used for creative, visual, and marketing purposes only. It does not mean the product is fake, unavailable, or different from what customers receive.
To be clear: Pride Loops sells real products. The product you order will be shipped to you and is intended to match the product shown on our website as accurately as possible.
The product photos and descriptions on our website are meant to represent the actual product customers receive. Colours, lighting, and small visual details may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, photography, editing, or display quality, but the product will be shipped as described and displayed on our product page.
Third-party footage and B-roll — For some marketing content showing workshops, packaging scenes, production-style visuals, lifestyle clips, or making-process scenes, we may use third-party footage or creative B-roll. These visuals are used for storytelling, atmosphere, and marketing purposes only.
The people shown in this type of content are not necessarily Pride Loops employees, suppliers, or manufacturers unless clearly stated.
Content we film ourselves — Our team may also film product showcases, lifestyle clips, packaging-style videos, and everyday content for marketing purposes.
Storytelling and emotional content — Some of our marketing may use emotional hooks, storytelling, and creative framing. This is a common advertising style used to communicate the feeling behind the product. It should not be interpreted as a literal factual statement about our exact business operations unless clearly stated.
Edited and composited content — Our content may be edited, colour graded, enhanced, combined with other visuals, or adjusted for creative and promotional purposes.
To be direct: when you see Pride Loops content online, some visuals may be AI-generated, AI-assisted, edited, or sourced from third-party footage. This does not change the fact that the product being sold is real. Customers receive the product they ordered.
Pricing and Product Accuracy
The prices displayed on our website are the prices you pay, subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees shown at checkout.
We do not hide mandatory fees. Product images and descriptions on our website are intended to accurately represent the product you will receive.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, photography, editing, or display quality. If you believe the product you received does not match its description, please contact us immediately.
Orders, Cancellations, and Refunds
Cancellations — You may request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order may have already entered production or fulfillment and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Refunds — Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Returns — Pride Loops offers a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.
